Ravi Pagnamenta

Ravi is Vedanta's main collaborator and a trainer in the Power of Light approach. He was born in 1968 in Geneve, Switzerland. In his teenage years, he was an amateur boxer. He later studied music all over the world and became a professional musician. For the last twenty years, he has been working as a percussionist, playing with different bands and participating in various musical projects (theatre, recordings, etc.) in Germany and other countries all over Europe.

At the age of twelve, Ravi came in touch with the mystic Osho and became his disciple in 1987, at the age of eighteen. For a decade, he had been visiting the Osho Multiversity in Poona, where he learned meditation and participated in intensive self-exploration processes and therapy.

Ravi is trained and works as a bodyworker (Rebalancing, Bionenergetics, Breath), color-puncturist (Peter Mandel), healer and therapist. Through his vast range of experience with meditation, body-oriented psychotherapy, boxing and music, he has forged his own unique approach in working with the body-mind system on multiple levels. Ravi works with people from all walks of life, motivating them to let go into the natural wisdom of their body and find the source of their true will. He is also a contributing writer to the Diamond Somatics Manual. His musical passion and training as well as his interest into meditation and religion, led him to Cuba, where was initiated into the Afro-Cuban religion.

He connected with Vedanta in 1992 and a rich meeting took place. They were partners for six years. During that time, in 1996, Vedanta had an airplane crash in Australia and Ravi contributed greatly to her healing.

Ravi and Vedanta created and lead different parts of the Power of Light Training together. They do rituals and initiations, practice shamanism and ancient healing techniques and work harmoniously together as therapists in groups, where they embody the male and female prinicple. Their deepest focus is the passion for life, reawakening the life energy, men-women issues and others. Through all the years, Vedanta and Ravi have maintained a precious friendship.

Ravi is also being trained with Vedanta in the Diamond Logos Work and this has become part of his life. Since 2003, he is a father of a beautiful daughter.

adhira de grip

Adhira trained originally as a medical doctor and worked as a doctor for 15 years in UK and New Zealand. “I love the beauty of this work, it’s depth and the expansion and the growth it can bring. I have not encountered such depth and clarity in all my previous years of training in different approaches. I love being part of the process of transformation of others, in groups or sessions, which I witness again and again. I am looking forward to meeting you too!”

agnieszka Wrzosek-Borodiuk (Anand malika)

Malika is a psychologist, an integrative psychotherapist, combining in her work different therapeutical approaches – cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, Inner Child work and bodywork according to Alexander Lowen’s Bioenergetics. She is the founder of the Bhavana Center for Psychotherapy and Meditation in Warsaw (https://centrumbhavana.pl/en/home-eng/), where with a team Malika is giving individual and couple sessions, leading groups and meditations. She is a facilitator of the Power of Light Trainings. Agnieszka also works with grounding, safe touch and meditation, including active meditations such as Dynamic Meditation and Kundalini Meditation.

In her work, Malika refers to all modalities: mind, emotions and body. In the therapeutic process, she combines emotional experience with body sensations, as well as acceptance and cognitive structuring. Thanks to this, more healthy structures of feeling, thinking and behaving are able to be established. We can call these structures –  the Healthy Adult – a good Parent to our Inner Child who, in response to our emotional needs, looks at us with eyes full of love and acceptance.

She has built her professional experience while working in the Sleep Medicine Center of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, conducting group and individual insomnia therapy. She gained professional experience at the Aslan Family Assistance Center, conducting group and individual psychotherapy for adolescents and young adults and at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, conducting group and individual psychotherapy for adults with anxiety and depressive disorders. She works under constant supervision. She has business experience in developmental work with managers (coaching, assessment and development centers).

Since 2018, Malika is in the certification process for becoming an Essential Therapist.

zoi chryssi

Zoi was born in Athens in 1994. From an early age she came in touch with music and dance. She completed her degree in Political Sciences and History, but deep inside she continued being fascinated by the way children, through their simplicity and innocence, tried to make sense of the world. Following this inner impulse, she started participating in many seminars and trainings on pedagogy and psychology and soon she was accepted to attend a master in School Counseling and Guidance. Since 2019 she came in touch with Body Psychotherapy and Meditation and completed the 4-year training in the Essential Psychotherapy Institute. Since 2022 she lives in Mala Center in Athens where together with Devi Legaki, facilitates groups and hosts meditations. She works as a therapist, offering Inner Child and body psychotherapy sessions individually and in groups. Together with Vedanta and Devi, she facilitates schools for teachers and parents and supports teenagers and their families through individual sessions. She feels that real revolution needs to start from the inside and her intent is to support herself and other people in this process in realness and depth.

Session Givers:

The following people have been trained with Vedanta and offer individual sessions.

prem sindhu

Sindhu’s inner journey towards self-healing began in 2013.She started deepening and expanding her consciousness through therapy and meditation. She is a student and facilitator in training of the Power of Light Training for therapists, a collaborator of the Power of Light Institute and student of the Diamond Logos Academy.

When she met her partner Ravi, a new dimension opened up for her - the healing power of colors through Colorpuncture! His father Dr. Med. Neeresh F. Pagnamenta, former pediatric director of L'ospedale in Locarno, is her mentor today (www.the-colors.ch). He invited Peter Mandel, founder of the Colorpuncture, to the Osho commune in Pune, where he taught the method. Sindhu likes to incorporate the knowledge about Essence and its colors and textures into her healing practice, as a means for freeing our inner resources that we have lost touch with and coming closer to our True Self.

“Color effects the body and to have figured it out through

Color puncture is a very great work. And through this work you

can change not the being, but the mind, the emotions and the body.

It is good if one is cleansed in this way.

Then Meditation is very simple.”

Marij Gosker

Marij has been on a quest to be herself since a young age. She studied Architecture at the TU in Delft. After meeting Osho in 1980 she lived a nomadic life in communes and visiting Osho for longer and shorter periods in India and America. During this phase of her life, she practiced different ways of working with the body, such as Watsu, Tibetan pulsing, Alexander technique, massage, and yoga. She loved investigating various ways of transformation, including Human Design, while her main focus was always on meditation.

Eventually, she settled in Holland, where she studied Architectural Design at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy. She is an artist who loves to paint and has worked as an independent Interior Architect since many years.

Being a long-time meditator, she discovered that certain issues were not solved through meditation and she embarked on her inner journey and study at the EPI.

“Something was missing, and by doing the inner child- and essence work I could finally contact my inner child. I learned to feel and comfort my wounded child. I also got to know my magical child and the Essence of my Soul, which is pure joy and so rewarding. I support every human being to reach their inner Light and I am happy to help facilitate this.“

Marij is a graduate of the EPI and has a practice of giving integrative therapy sessions.
